It's been 2 solid months since I've blogged. I've been pretty busy working and vacation since my last update. I'm still losing weight. That's exactly the problem. I'm down to 147 lbs and will need to gain 13 lbs before starting the "cut and build" route of [the] workouts. Still planning on mixing P90X with bulking workouts. Not looking to get huge, just very well defined.

Fresh Start and My 1 Year Update
Welcome to the improved Energy Dash blog. It's a fresh start for Energy Dash and it's readers! Over 10 months ago I posted about going on vacation, never to be seen again. I'm back to trying to improve my life and well being through health and fitness. I have continued to lose weight. I'm currently at 155.6 lbs and have successfully maintained this weight for over 8 months. My ideal weight, based on age, height and sex, is between 150-155 lbs.
I'll be starting another workout regiment very soon. You can count on it.
